简历介绍
邢建民,博士,研究员,博士生导师,绿色化学工程研究部副主任。1989年和1992年分别在山东大学获学士学位和硕士学位;1992-1995年,在河北省华北制药厂工作;1998年获中科院化工冶金研究所博士学位,1998-2000在中科院动物所从事博士后研究工作,2000年7月至今,在中科院过程工程研究所工作,2005年和2009年德国卡尔斯鲁厄研究中心和美国加州大学高级访问学者。
研究方向是生化工程,开展了大肠杆菌、硫碱弧菌等微生物的代谢工程和工程化应用研究,建立了植物细胞、大肠杆菌、酵母等改造技术平台,实现了丁二酸、d-乳酸、甘草次酸、雪莲黄酮等大宗化学品和植物天然产物的高效生物合成;开展了石油、天然气、烟气和难处理工业废水的微生物脱硫脱氮的应用基础和工程化研究,提出了磁性固定化细胞脱硫新技术,并将吸附脱硫与微生物脱硫等化工单元操作有机整合,发展了新的脱硫工艺,建立了嗜盐嗜碱微生物沼气、天然气、炼厂气和火化烟气的高效脱硫系统,并实现工业应用,脱硫率达99.5%以上。
担任《生物工程学报》和《生物技术进展》编委。近年主持完成多项重点研发计划、科技重大专项、973、863、国家自然科学基金、中科院知识创新工程和企业开发项目。发表sci论文110余篇,sci获国家发明专利授权50多项。2014年,获国家技术发明二等奖1项,个人排名第二;2011年,获中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步奖一等奖,个人排名第二等。先后培养博士后、博士研究生和硕士研究生30余人,培养学生多次获中科院国际人才计划博士后、国家奖学金、中科院优秀留学生奖、中科院院长奖、所长奖等奖励等。
