研究成果:主持和承担了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中科院sts计划、中科院战略性新兴产业重点项目、江苏省科技成果转化、河北省重点研发计划、安徽省中央引导计划项目、企业委托项目等60余项。在先进能源材料领域拥有多项核心技术和丰富的产业化经验,已建设万吨级磷酸铁锂正极材料生产线,两条1000吨/年高镍三元前驱体和正极材料中试线。在nano energy,j. power sources, electrochimica acta,angew. chem. int. ed.,j. mater. chem. a等国际核心学术期刊发表论文100余篇,申请专利246件,已获中国授权发明专利153件,美国授权发明专利2件,国际pct7件。
获奖情况:先后获得了2021年河北省创新创业大赛一等奖、2020年河北省科技进步二等奖、2018年中国产学研合作创新成果优秀奖、2016年中国技术市场金桥奖“突出贡献项目奖”和全国新材料领域“top 100新技术、新产品创新力行动奖”,以及中科院地合作先进个人一等奖、中国技术市场金桥奖先进个人、中国产学研合作创新成果奖、中科院技术转移工作组织奖、优秀共产党员等荣誉近30项。
